We understand that customers may sometimes need to change or cancel an order.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Please contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number.
If cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, we will arrange a refund.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal order-processing system.
Customers may still request a return or other remedy under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellation by Buena Stores
We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an order for which payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
